We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were always ready to lend a helping hand. The rooms were spacious and clean, with thoughtful touches like a first aid kit and a mirror in the shower. We felt secure with the parking facilities, and the location was perfect, close to the main square and shopping areas. The hotel had a beautiful pool that was well-maintained and provided a refreshing break from the city heat. the level of comfort and quality services made our stay here truly enjoyable.

During my New Year's stay, I was impressed with the spacious and clean rooms. The hotel staff was also friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home. the hotel is located in a convenient area, with restaurants and amenities nearby.
There were some negative aspects during my stay as well. I was disappointed to learn that some items, such as coffee and a facial towel, required additional charges.

The staff was welcoming and personable, making a great first impression. the cleaning service is top-notch, with well-equipped bathrooms and spacious rooms. the secure parking was an added bonus.
Some items in the hotel were charged separately such as drinking water and using the coffee in the room. there were communication issues when the water was cut off, and the management's approach to the issue lacked proper customer service.
